• Tele sales • Customer relation and producing leads • Build and maintain customer data bank. • Collect the documents like Passport, PAN, Vaccination certificate, Booking Form from the customers at the time of taking the booking. • Booking confirmation should be given to customers after taking the booking. • Be knowledgeable about the product. • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and interests. Provide personalized travel recommendations based on this information.
- Create detailed itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, activities, and sightseeing options, tailored to the client's needs.
- Stay informed about travel destinations, including cultural, historical, and logistical information to provide clients with valuable insights.
- Be knowledgeable about International and Domestic Destinations
- Promote travel packages and services, and develop marketing strategies to attract new clients. Attend trade shows and networking events.
- Create customized travel packages for individual travelers and small groups.
- Coordinate with international vendors, hotels and suppliers
- Assist in booking airfares, accomodations, transportation and other services.
- Provide ongoing support to clients before, during and after travel.
- Proficiency in CRS systems such as Amadeus and Galileo.
- Strong knowledge of international tour destinations.
- Preference for candidates holding IATA certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
